摘    要:以"全球医学教育最基本要求(global minimum essentialrequirements in medical education,GMER)"及其评价方法为出发点,结合我国医学教育现状,以临床技能实训中心为平台,构建临床医学专业整体化课程体系网络,涵盖桥梁课程体系、临床技能训练课程体系、职业价值和人文素质培养体系.通过优化课程体系建设实现GMER的本土化与具体化,同时改革教学方法,改进教学手段,采用多种考核方法评价教学效果,促进课程体系的不断完善与改进,培养符合GMER要求、适应时代和社会发展需要的高素质医学人才.

Abstract:Taking the current circumstance of medical education in our country into consideration,medical education reform was carried out in Shanxi Medical University on the basis of GMER in order to further develop the quality-oriented education. Clinical medicine curricula systems were set up on the platform of clinical skill training center to carry out GMER among the medical students, including the bridge curricula system, the course system of clinical skill training, the cultivation system of professional value and humanistic quality education. The localization and embodiment of GMER were performed through optimizing curricula system-the reform of teaching method, the improvement of teaching means and the adoption of all kinds of assessment method to evaluate the teaching effects. Only in this way can the clinical medicine course system be improved gradually and the medical students be cultivated with high-qualification, thus meet the requirements of GMER and social needs.
