摘    要:本研究对国内外与预防医学相关的379条能力要求进行了内容分析,以期为构建我国预防医学专业学生能力指标体系提供依据.结果表明,在10种能力分类中,位居前3位的是公共卫生知识和能力、专业精神与道德价值观、沟通交流能力,占文本数量的52.2%;主要包括良好的品格、循证思维、遵循伦理原则、掌握公共卫生基础知识、通过多种途径沟通、理解生态模型、了解卫生服务系统和评价项目能力等8项能力.因此,应当在预防医学专业学生能力培养中得到更多关注.

The study of competencies for public health students based on content analysis method

Abstract:Analyzed 379 relevant competency requirements for domestic or foreign public health students to build a core competency model for public health students in our country.The results showed that,①public health sciences skills was the most important kind of competency in general,then the professionalism and moral values,communication skills was the third.② 8 competencies' frequencies were more than 10 which included good character,evidence-based thinking,following the ethical principles,public health basic knowledge,communication though different methods,understanding the ecological model,understanding the health service system and project evaluation.Those competencies should be taken more attention in the core competency model.
