| 摘 要： | 随着临床医学专业学位研究生规模的逐渐扩大,如何保持和提高人才培养质量已经成为目前研究的重要课题。抓好生源质量、强化导师责任、加强学位课程建设、规范临床和科研实践、强调过程管理与效果评估,是提高研究生培养质量和水平的重要保证。
