临床医学课程整合的研究与实践

摘    要:课程整合是当前医学教育改革的主要发展趋势之一。华中科技大学同济医学院在调研国内外课程整合经验的基础上,经过试点,对学校4个年级10个班的五年制、七年制医学生制订并实施了课程整合“三步走”方案,并于实施后召开了教师、学生座谈会,进行了问卷调查及学生考试成绩统计分析。结果显示,参与改革的师生对课程整合的总体评价予以充分的肯定,实施课程整合班级的学生各学科的考试成绩与普通班学生的考试成绩相比没有统计学差异;通过专家追踪观察,课程整合班学生的临床分析能力和临床诊治水平明显高于普通班学生。整合课程有利于提高医学生的临床思维能力,有利于医学生循证医学理念的建立。

Abstract:At present, Integration of curriculum is one of the main developing tendency of medical educational innovation. On the basis of our investigation on experiences domestic and abroad, through pilot stage, we formulated and operated the 3-step plan for curriculum' sintegration, in 5-7year students. Teachers and students give high evaluation to the integration, according to the teachers' and students' symposium, questionnaire study and statistical analysis on examination records. There were no significant deviation on each curriculum' s examination records between the experiment class and the control class. Under the observation of experts, the experiment class students had an obviously elevation, compared to the control class, on the level of clinical analysis ability and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
