内外科护理学课程理论与临床实践同步实施与教学效果评价

目的开展内外科护理学课程理论与临床实践同步教学并评价其教学效果，以期为护理教育改革提供借鉴。方法用整群抽样的方法随机抽取宁波天一职业技术学院护理学院2006级高职护理专业23班46名学生为实验组，高职护理专业22班49名学生为对照组，实验组采用内外科护理学课程理论与临床实践同步教学法，对照组采用传统教学方法。课程结束后，两组学生进行统一考试并对实验组的学生进行问卷调查。结果实验组学生考试成绩高于对照组（t=4.6995、7.4526，P〈0.01）。实验组学生问卷调查结果显示：大部分学生认为沟通能力、动手操作能力、解决问题能力等均得到提高。结论内外科护理学课程理论与临床实践同步教学有利于培养学生的职业认同感，有利于提高学生的学业成绩和沟通能力、动手操作能力、解决问题能力。

Efficiency evaluation on simultaneous teaching for both curriculum theory and clinical practice in medical and surgical nursing

Objective It is expected to use the experience of educational reform in nursing by developing the simultaneous teaching for both curriculum theory and clinical practice in medical and surgical nuing and evaluating its teaching efficiency.Methods A random sampling from the whole grade of 2006,majoring in nursing,46 students as a experimental group,49 students as a contrast group.In the experimental group,the simultaneous teaching for both curriculum theory and clinical practice in medical and surgical nursing,while in the contrast group,only the traditional teaching method is used.When their courses are finished.two groups of students take the same exaln and there is a questionnaire for the students of the experimental group.Results The scoresinthe experimental group are higher than those in the contrast group(t=4.6995、7.4526,P<0.01);from the questionnaire of the experimental group,most students consider that their abilities to communication,practice and problem solving have been increased. Conclusions The simultaneous teaching for both curriculum theory and clinical practice in medical and surgical nursing is beneficial to the training of numing students'professional recognition,increasing their learning result and their abilities to communication,practice and problem solving.
