医学院校城市和农村家庭经济困难学生勤工助学工作差异调查

对比研究医学院校城市、农村（以下简称城乡）家庭经济困难学生的勤工助学工作现状,有针对性地探讨促进高校家庭经济困难学生勤工助学育人目标的对策,为完善勤工助学体系提供数据依据,为医学院校勤工助学工作的改革创新提供重要参考。采取整群抽样的方法对某医学院校708名家庭经济困难学生进行问卷调查,采用 Epidata 3.0录入数据,SPSS 11.0统计软件进行计数资料的描述、非参数秩和检验。调查结果表明,城乡学生对部分勤工助学工作现状及相关工作的看法趋向一致,同时也存在一定的差异。城市学生勤工助学地点范围广,工作含智量（蕴涵知识和智慧的分量）高,学生对勤工助学体制满意度低。农村学生勤工助学多局限在校内,工作含智量不高,学生对勤工助学体制满意度高。针对城乡学生勤工助学工作的特点,应当注重引导城乡学生,以勤工助学为育人目标的切入点,不断缩小城乡学生差异,提升勤工助学工作的科学化水平。

Comparisons of urban and rural situations on work-study program of students from poor families in medical university

We investigated and analyzed the differences of work-study program statuses between urban and rural students from poor families, and draft a suitable strategy for educating through work-study program. This paper will also be the statistical evidence for improving and reforming in work-study program system. Conducting the cluster sampling methods, the authors investigated 708 medical students with ques-tionnaires. The investigators entered data with Epidata 3. 0 software and described it with SPSS 11. 0 statistical software, with which they also did the nonparametric rank sum test. Opinions of urban and rural students tended to be the same but with some differences. Urban students had a wide range of work-study program with high wisdom aspect from work, though there was lower satisfaction. Work-study program had a positive impact on rural students, and more satisfaction, but mostly confined within the campus and with low wisdom. To the urban and rural students, we’ d better focus on guidance. Through the education of work-study program, we’ll reduce differences to improve the scientific and detailed work.
