大型开放式网络课程在医学教育中应用的探讨

摘    要:2012年,190个国家的16万学生选修了人工智能课程,全球掀起了大型开放式网络课程(massive open online course,MOOC)开发的热潮.MOOC是指具有精细设计的高质量的课程内容、短视频设计、大规模学习者参与讨论、具有强辐射性等特征的网络课程.MOOC的这些特点符合我国《本科医学教育标准——临床医学专业(试行)》的要求,对目前医学院校进行的课程整合、讨论式教学很有帮助,有利于培养学生的自主学习、临床思维等能力.采用MOOC与传统授课相结合的混合式教学,将会有效促进医学教育改革;而通过互联网广泛传播的形式,将会促进我国不同地区医学教育的共同发展.

Abstract:In 2012, artificial intelligence, taken as an elective course by 160,000 students from 190 countries, boomed the development of massive open online course (MOOC). MOOC lies on the highquality contents, short videos, massive discussion between students, and intense radiation, all of which are in line with the requirements of China basic medical education standards, and are conductive to course inte- gration and fostering students' capabilities of self-study and clinical thinking. Blending teaching, combining the core elements of MOOC with traditional teaching, will promote medical education reform. And the widely spreading form of the Internet will promote the common development of the medical education in different regions.
