| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了住院医师规范化考核评价的基本概念以及国外住院医师培训考核评价的发展历程和特点，回顾并分析了我国住院医师培训考核评价的发展历程与现状，在此基础上提出了住院医师规范化培训考核评价工作的几点思考并进行了初步改革探索。

| Abstract: | The authors introduced the basic concept, development,and features of the evaluation of
resident standardized training in foreign countries and then reviewed the status quo and development of it in
China. Base on the study we put forward some preliminary proposals and reforming measures on the evalua-
tion of resident standardized training for our country. |
