传统教学方法与以问题为基础学习教学方法相结合在中医内科学教学中的应用

摘    要:目的 探索传统教学方法与以问题为基础学习教学方法相结合对中医内科学教学的适应性,提高中医学教育质量.方法 在上海中医药大学中医学专业实验班中采用传统教学方法与以问题为基础学习教学方法相结合的新教学方法授课,与采用传统教学方法授课的对照班进行比较.结果 实验班学生的临床辨证论治考试成绩显著优于对照班学生;实验班前后两次病案分析成绩比较,第二次成绩明显高于第一次.调查结果显示,传统教学方法与以问题为基础学习教学方法相结合在指导学生自学能力、临床思辨能力、应用知识能力等方面优于传统教学方法.结论 传统教学方法与以问题为基础学习教学方法相结合的教学方法适用于中医内科学教学,其教学效果随着学生对以问题为基础学习教学方法的逐渐适应而增强.

Abstract:Objective Improve the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine education and search for the adaptability of the problem-based learning(PBL)to the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine.Method Apply a new teaching method which is combined by the traditional teaching method and PBL to a experimental class,and the traditional teaching method apply to the control class.Compare to these quality of teaching.Results The record of the experimental class is better than control class significantly in the aspect of syndrome differentiation and treatment administration;the later performance record is more than the preceding in the experimental class;the investigation to the students in the experimental class displays that in the respect of improving the capability of learning by oneself,the clinical thinking and applying to knowledge,PBL is superior to the traditional teaching method.Conclusions The new teaching method which is combined by the traditional teaching method and PBL is adapt to the teaching of TCM international medicine,the effect of which is more and more significant as the PBL is applied.
