摘    要:探讨开展循证医学第二课堂教学对培养医学生临床循证实践能力的作用。以循证医学科研课题指导医学生参与第二课堂学习,采用循证实践技能测评与理论知识考核相结合的方法对比分析医学生的实践能力。结果显示,参加第二课堂学习的实验组学生查证用证等实践能力均高于对照组学生。开展循证医学第二课堂学习有助于提高医学生的实践能力,需要积极探索第二课堂教学方法和学生参与模式。

Abstract:To investigate the effectiveness of extracurricular activity of evidence-based medicine on cultivating the clinical practice ability of medical students. Medical students were enrolled in the extracurricular activity to participate in a scientific research subject. The practice ability was assessed through skill evaluation and examination. Practice ability for the students who took part in the extracurricular activity was even higher than control group. The extracurricular activity of evidence-based medicine is helpful to improve the evidence based clinical practice ability of medical students. Further researches which focus on the teaching methods and participating approaches of extracurricular activity are needed.
