应用标准化病人/客观结构化临床考试建立泌尿系统整合课程评价体系的研究

课程整合是长学制医学教育课程改革的重要内容。标准化病人(standardized patient，SP)参与的客观结构化临床考试（objective structured clinical examination，OSCE）能够为医学生提供一种客观、公正的考试氛围，在临床技能考核中得到了深入的研究和广泛的应用。自2008年起，华中科技大学同济医学院内科学教研室开始尝试将SP/OSCE应用于长学制医学生泌尿系统整合课程的评价考试，在专科SP培训、OSCE考站设置、OSCE题库建立、评分系统构建等方面积累了一定的经验，从课程评价体系的角度将长学制医学教育临床教学改革推向深入。

Research on construction of urinary system course integrated assessment system by using standardized patient/objective structured clinical examination

Course integration is one of the curriculum reform focus of the long schooling for higher medical education.Standardized patient (SP) and objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) could offer an exam atmosphere with impersonality and justice for the medical students in clinical skill assessment,which have been widely applied by medical colleges and schools for medical educational evaluation.Internal medicine department began to use SP/OSCE on urinary system course integrated assessment test in 2008.They had achieved some experiences on training SP of urinary system diseases, and on organizing OSCE assessment station, and on writing OSCE examination bank, and on constructing assessment system.Thus to intensify education reform on long schooling clinical students from the angle of course assessment system.
