针灸学综合性实验的设计与教学实践

摘    要:目的 探讨在针灸学实验教学中如何设计综合性实验及其教学效果.方法 将湖南中医药高等专科学校2007级针灸推拿专业96名学生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组在针灸学实验课程中引入综合性实验,对照组则采用常规实验教学方法.从实验考核成绩、学生自主学习能力及学习积极主动性等方面对两组学生进行比较.结果 同行专家认为,综合性实验是一项很好的教学改革措施;两组学生实验考核成绩、自主学习能力及学习积极主动性方面,其差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.01.结论 综合性实验在优化实验教学内容,引进"项目一导师制"实验教学模式,提高学生创新能力和综合素质等方面是十分有益的.

Abstract:Objective This paper is to discuss the design of comprehensive pilot project and its effectiveness in the teaching of acupuncture experiment.Methods 96 students majoring in acupuncture and massage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group in acupuncture experiment adopted a comprehensive pilot project and the control group used a conventional experimental teaching method.The results of experimental assessment, students' self-learning ability and learning initiative of the two groups were compared.Results Peer experts believe that comprehensive experiment project is a very good teaching reform measure.The experiment evaluation results, self-learning ability and learning initiative between the two groups have statistically significant differences (P < 0.01).Conclusions Comprehensive experiment optimizes the teaching content, helps to introduce the "project-tutorial' experimental teaching model, and improves the innovation capability and students' overall quality.
