构建以学生为中心的医学教育体系

探讨建立以学生为中心的医学教育体系的必要性和可行性。医学教育体系的出发点和回归点必须是学生，即以学生为中心；而以此所建立的培养目标、课程设置等又必须与社会需求相结合；医学教育体系不仅是指各种课程，而且是一种具有明确培养目标、通过各种独立而又互相关联的课程以及最大程度取得效果的教学方法的体系。医学教育体系应该建立集知识、能力和人格于一体的人才培养目标，并在其体系结构中予以体现。

Establishing a student-centered medical education system

This paper aims to explore the necessity and feasibility of establishing a student-centered medical education system. The starting point and the destination of medical education must be the object of teaching-students, the education must be student-centered; meanwhile, the teaching objective and the curriculum design have to be in line with the social needs. The medical education system does not refer to the collections of all kinds of courses, but an organic system that highlights explicit objective and aims to yield the optimal result of teaching through the network of seemingly independent courses which are in fact interrelated. The objective of medical education system should be established with consideration of three factors: knowledge, ability and personality and should manifest itself in the organization structure of the system.
