摘    要:开放式、多样化办学是高等医学教育的发展趋势,医学人才培养模式面临教育国际化和需求多样化的双重挑战。广州医科大学以临床医学专业为切入点,与国际教育、社会需求接轨,从课程设置、师资队伍建设、教学方法改革、管理模式等方面着手,积极探索开放式与多样化有机结合的医学人才培养模式,促进了医学教育教学水平的提高。

Abstract:Open and diversity education is the trend of higher medical education, medical personnel training model of education is facing the challenges of internationalization and diversification. In order to meet the requirement of internationalization and diversification, with the breakthrough point of clinical medical, Guangzhou Medical University is trying to explore the efficient medical personnel training model from the courses designed, build up the qualified teachers team, reform the teaching methods, improved the management mode ete, promoted and improved the level of medical education.
