| 摘 要： | 基于交叉学科培养复合型人才越来越受到关注。本文从交叉学科的视角，阐述了交叉学科教育的概念体系、发展现状等，分析了影响促进学科交叉及复合型医学人才培养的原因，探讨了促进学科交叉与培养复合型医学人才的对策。 |

| Abstract: | Study on the training of medical compound personnel under inter-disciplinary background is getting more and more attention. Based on the perspective of inter-discipline, this paper discusses on the cultivating interdisciplinary construction, present status of development, etc. It main studies the influencing factors on how to promote inter-discipline researches and how to train medical compound personnel. At the same time, it has the important practical significances to strengthen the research of inter-discipline and the training of medical compound personnel. |
