| Abstract: | In order to meet the new medical talents demand generated by social development and the advancement of medical science, this article has made a thorough analysis about the current education, putting forward an innovative education system which consists of educational concept, training objectives, training models and condition construction. Besides, the article summarized the educational reform experience at Third Military Medical University which has showed the preliminary effectiveness for the quality of talent training. |
