摘    要:八年制医学教育对儿科学见习教学提出了新的挑战,运用循证医学思想和以问题为基础学习(PBL)方法改革八年制医学生儿科学见习教学是现代医学教育观的要求。本文论述了儿科学见习教学改革的具体实施方法,包括循证医学思想和PBL方法在儿科学见习教学中的应用、两者的有机结合、教学过程、教学效果评价和学生反馈意见以及对未来的展望与思考。实践证明,在八年制医学生儿科学见习教学中运用循证医学思想和PBL方法具有可行性,在提高学生学习积极性和创造性方面具有显著优势,顺应了医学教育改革和发展的需要,得到了学生和教师的广泛认可和较高评价,值得推广。

Abstract:Eight-year medical education challenges the pediatrics clinical teaching.Evidence-based medicine(EBM),the new model of clinical medicine,is of great significance in clinical application and is also of great importance in medical education.Problem-based learning(PBL)is one of the best described methods of interactive learning.This paper reviews the introduction of evidence-based medicine and problem-based learning program in the pediatrics clinical teaching,the integration of EBM and PBL and the evaluation of teaching method and feedback of medical students,etc.In PBL process,EBM prompts and activities have been designed to simulate EBM in clinical practice.In this way,the teacher guides the students in their work with the problem as they develop problem-solving skills,identify what they need to learn and develop self-directed learning skills.The authors conclude that eventually it will see wider use in medical education.
