医学博士研究生创新能力培养的探索与实践

医学博士研究生创新能力培养是一项系统工程。本文分析了医学博士研究生创新能力培养中存在的主要问题，提出了加强医学博士研究生创新能力培养的对策：改革医学博士研究生招生办法；优化课程设置，改革教学形式，构建有利于医学博士研究生创新能力发挥的知识结构；加强学科建设，营造创新的科研环境和学术氛围；建立优良的创新保障及激励制度等。

Exploration to strengthen creative ability of medical doctoral students

Cultivation creative ability of medical doctoral student is a systemic program.The present paper has analyzed the main problems existed in this field and proposed countermeasures for strengthening creative ability of medical doctoral students,including reforming admission methods for medical doctoral student;optimizing courses arrangements,reforming teaching format,constructing knowledge structure which could improve the creative ability for medical doctoral students;strengthening discipline development;providing creative research environment and academic atmosphere;establishing effective ensuring and incentive systems for creative activities and so on.
