摘    要:目的 探讨在护理学专业本科学生临床教学中实施以问题为基础学习(problembased learning,PBL)教学方法的应用及评价.方法 随机抽取在某三级甲等医院实习的护理学专业32名本科学生,分为4个小组,由12名教师实施PBL教学.应用华中科技大学同济医学院PBL课题组编写的患者安全教育和专科病人护理2份教案,课题组自行设计问卷,以评价教学过程和教学效果.结果 各小组均完成2份教案的学习.学生的患者安全教育和专科护理知识得到提高.学生对学习过程中的自我表现、教师教学、教案都予以高度评价.同时,教师对学生的表现也给予良好评价.结论 PBL教学是促进学生学习知识和培养能力的有效方法.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application and evaluation of PBL in clinical nursing education.Methods 32 undergraduate nursing students in a teaching hospital were selected by random sampling method and divided into four groups to participate in problem-based learning(PBL)and guided by 12 teachers,which based on a teaching plan compiled by the research group.Questionnaires were designed and used to evaluate the students'performance,students achievement,teaching performance,etc.Results The students gave positive evaluation about their performance in PBL,attainment from the study,teachers'guidance and the teaching plan so on,the students'participation was appraised by teachers too.Conclusions PBL is an effective method to train the abilities of students.
