| 摘 要： | 微创外科是21世纪全球外科发展的趋势，它不仅是当代外科医师的信念和追求，同时也将成为当代外科医师的必修课程。本文概述了培养微创外科医师的必要性以及成为合格微创外科医师的前提条件，并针对国内微创外科的现状与问题，提出了培养微创外科医师的建议。

| Abstract: | Minimally invasive surgery is the theme of the development of worldwide surgery in the 21^st century. It is not only the faith and pursuit but also a required course of modem surgeons. This paper has generalized the necessity of training minimally invasive surgeons and presuppositions to invaaive surgeons according to the statues and problems inside our nation. |
