| 摘 要： | 目的]观察并评估糖耐量递减人群的中医药综合干预方案疗效。方法]56例糖耐量低减者随机分组,对照组应用基本干预方案,治疗组应用"治未病"综合干预方案。结果]治疗组干预前后体重和体重指数有显著性差异(P0.05),与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P0.05);治疗组FPG、2hPG干预前后差异显著(P0.05),与对照组比较FPG、2hPG也有显著性差异(P0.05);治疗组TG较干预前降低,有差异显著(P0.05),与对照组比较也有显著性差异(P0.05);HDL较干预前升高,有差异显著(P0.05),与对照组相比也有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论]中医药综合干预方案能够降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖、降低体重、体重指数、升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的作用,并能改善临床症状,促进糖耐量低减向糖耐量正常的转归。 |
