黄芪对免疫功能低下小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的]研究黄芪注射液对环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,CTX)所致免疫力低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法]以环磷酰胺建立免疫功能低下小鼠模型,分别腹腔注射不同剂量的黄芪注射液,观察各组小鼠对山羊红细胞的抗体应答反应、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数、以及胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结果]环磷酰胺所致的免疫功能低下小鼠经腹腔注射黄芪注射液后,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率(P<0.05)和吞噬指数(P<0.01)明显增加,血清溶血素值显著上升(P<0.05),脾脏指数增加;而胸腺指数表现为下降趋势,但注射高剂量黄芪的小鼠胸腺指数仍比低剂量小鼠高。结论]黄芪对免疫功能低下小鼠的体液免疫功能和巨噬细胞吞噬功能具有增强作用。

Effects of Astragalus on the Cyclophosphamide-induced Immune Compromised Mice

Objective] To investigate the effects of astragalus on the immune function of mice with immune dysfunction induced by cyclophosphamide. Methods] Immune compromised mice were established by injection with cyclophosphamide, and then treated intraperitoneally with various doses of astragalus. Antibody response against goat red blood cells, macrophage phagocytosis percentage and phagocytic index, as well as thymus and spleen index were analyzed. Results] Compared with the control groups, mice with astragalus treatment showed remarkable increase in levels of serum hemolysin, phagocytic rate and phagocytic index, together with increased spleen weight. Thymus indexes however demonstrated decreased in the astragahis-treate mice, despite the higher index still remained in the group with high-dose of astragalus. Conclusion] Astragalus effectively restores and enhances the humoral immunity and macrophage function in the immune compromised mice.
