灵仙三妙汤内服外熏洗治疗膝关节慢性滑膜炎疗效研究

目的]探讨灵仙三妙汤内服外熏洗治疗膝关节慢性滑膜炎的临床疗效及优势。方法]将150例膝关节慢性滑膜炎患者随机分成治疗组、对照组A、对照组B三组,分别以灵仙三妙汤内服外熏洗;关节穿刺抽吸冲洗,地塞米松针封闭患膝关节,静脉滴注抗生素;关节腔穿刺后弹力绷带加压包扎,西乐葆胶囊口服、扶他林乳膏外擦,比较三组疗效。结果]共150例患者接受治疗并获得随访,治疗组在治疗膝关节慢性滑膜炎的疗效明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);消肿方面长期效果优于对照组,短期效果与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论]灵仙三妙汤内服外熏洗治疗膝关节慢性滑膜炎在消除肿胀,改善膝关节功能等方面有一定疗效。

Chronic Knee Synovitis Treated with Lingxian Sanmiao Decoction by Oral Taking and External Fumigation

Objective] To observe the clinical effect and advantage of Lingxian Sanmiao Decoction by oral taking and external fumigation. Method] Randomly divide the 150 cases into 3 groups： treatment, control A and control B, respectively taking Lingxian Sanmiao Decoction by orally and external fumigation; joint puncture suction and cleansing and sealing diseased knee joint, with hexadecadrol and antibiotics, and vein drip of antibiotics; orally taking Celebrax tablets, externally applied with Futalin Ointment. Compare their effects. Result] All cases were followed up, the treatment one was much better than other groups, with difference of statistical meaning; on relieving swelling, the treatment group was better than control ones in long period, but without marked difference in short period with control group A, but better than B. Conclusion] Lingxian Sanmiao Decoction has definite effect on relieving swelling and knee function for knee chronic synovitis.
