摘    要:目的]比较野生蝉花与人工培养品中的氨基酸、无机元素成分.方法]采用高效液相色谱法测定氨基酸含量,采用原子发射光谱法测定无机元素含量.结果]野生蝉花与培养品中均有氨基酸和无机元素,但在组成和含量上存在差异.结论]固体培养品和野生品的氨基酸、无机元素成分较一致,其含量差异较小,而液体培养品的无机元素含量更高.

Abstract:Objective]To compare the difference of amino acids and inorganic elements between wild Cordyceps sobolifera and the artificial cultivated.Methods]The HPLC is used to determine the content of amino acids,using atomic emission spectrometry to determine the content of inorganic elements.Results]Both wild Cordyces sobolifera and the artificial cultivated products have amino acids and inorganic,but the content and composition show differences.Conclusion]Solid cultivated product and the wild have more common composition of amino acids and inorganic and less differences in their content than others,and liquid-state cultivated product is higher than others in content of inorganic elements.
