| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨粘连性肠梗阻中西医结合治疗的疗效。方法]对22例粘连性肠梗阻的临床资料进行分析。结果]22例中,10例单纯的西医保守治疗,7例4～7天痊愈,2例有效,1例转手术治疗;12例经中西医结合治疗,11例3～5天痊愈,有效1例。结论]中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻比单纯性西医保守治疗疗效要好,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective] To discuss the cure effect of the combination of TCM and WM on sticky intestinal obstruction.Method] Make analysis on the clinical data of 22 cases of sticky intestinal obstruction.Result] In 10 cases of pure WM treatment,7 were cured after 4~7 days,2 had effect,1 was transferred to operation;in 12 of combination of TCM and WM,11 cured after 2~5 days,1 had effect.Conclusion] The combination of TCM and WM is better than pure western conservative therapy on sticky intestinal obstruction,worthy ... |
