论医院的形象建设

摘    要:形象力竞争,是我国深化医疗体制改革及加入WTO之后,医院之间又一新的竞争方式。加强医院形象建设,应着力于建设医院理念识别系统、行为识别系统和视觉识别系统,从物质、制度、行为和精神等层面全面着手。医院形象建设对转变医疗服务模式,改善医患关系,增强医院竞争力等具有积极的意义。

Abstract:After the entry of WTO and the reform of medical system,the image competition became another new competition style of Chinese hospitals.So in order to strengthen the hospital image construction,a hospital should construct the system of concept indentification,behavior identification and visual identification based on the aspects of material,spirit,institution and behavior,etc.The construction of hospital image has huge positive effect on some aspects such as transforming the medical service style,improving the relationship between medical providers and customers,enhancing the hospital strength.
