| 摘 要： | [目的]观察巨刺法结合持续静力牵张对中风患者肢体肌张力增高的临床疗效。[方法]将80例脑卒中后肌张力增高患者随机分为4组，巨刺法结合持续静力牵张纽，巨刺法组，持续静力牵张组，传统针刺法。Ashworth和FMA评价4组方法对中风后高肌张力状态和肢体运动功能的影响。[结果]4种方法均能改善中风后患者的高肌张力状态，其中巨刺法结合持续静力牵张效果最好；巨刺法和持续静力牵张的效果相仿；传统针刺法效果最差。[结论]巨刺法和持续静力牵张均能显著改善脑卒中后的高肌张力状态，其疗效优于传统针刺法；巨刺法结合持续静力牵张有更好的降肌张力疗效。
