| 摘 要： | 目的]研究中西医结合治疗糖尿病肝功能异常的疗效。方法]对27例糖尿病肝功能异常患者,采用中药一贯煎联合门冬胰岛素、熊去氧胆酸等西医治疗,观察其症状、肝功能、血糖、B超等指标的变化。结果]27例患者中显效14例,好转12例,无效1例,总有效率为96.3%。结论]中西医结合治疗糖尿病肝功能异常具有良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the cure effect of combination of TCM and WM treating abnormal liver function of diabetes.Method] Administer TCM Yiguanjian together with WM asparaginyl insulin and ursodeoxycholic acid to 27 cases,observe their symptoms,liver function,blood glucose,B ultrasonic indexes.Result] 14 had marked effect,12 were better,1 had no effect,total effective rate 96.3%.Conclusion] Combination of TCM and WM has good cure effect on abnormal liver function of diabetes. |
