| 摘 要： | 回顾中医脾的实体解剖学研究之历史沿革,提出＂脾即胰＂说;阐明脾主运化的内涵应以升清散精、主司气化为主,助胃化物为辅,旨在将脾主运化与脾（胰）的实体解剖学研究及胰腺的内、外分泌功能有机结合,这对于全面认识中医藏象脾的生理功能,深化脾主运化理论,丰富脾胃学说,指导临床各科实践具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | It traces back the historical evolution of entity anatomy study of TCM spleen and puts forwards theory of "spleen being pancreas",expounding the connotation of spleen governing transportation and transformation centering on clearing up and distributing energy and Qi transformation,and helping stomach digestion as auxiliary,aiming to organically combine endocrinosity and exocrinosity,spleen governing transportation and transformation and entity anatomy of pancreas,this is of key meaning in fully knowing TCM viscera(spleen) physiological function,deepening the said theory,richening spleno-gastric theory and guiding clinical practice. |
