| 摘 要： | 目的]探求反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)中医分型与免疫的关系。方法]对160例反复呼吸道感染患儿进行中医分型,分为营卫失和、脾虚痰蕴、肺脾气虚、气阴两虚4型,分别检测T细胞亚群及血清免疫球蛋白。结果]营卫不和型细胞免疫及体液免疫指标无明显改变;脾虚痰蕴型表现为细胞免疫、体液免疫偏高;肺脾气虚型以细胞免疫降低为主,体液免疫无明显改变;气阴两虚型细胞免疫、体液免疫均降低。结论]RRTI患者免疫指标的数值变化与中医辩证分型有一定的关系,T细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白的检测可作为辨证分型的参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective]Investigate the relationship between immunity and the TCM syndrome differentiation and typing of Recurrent respiratory tract infection.Method]160 RRTI cases divided 4 types as disharmony of nutrient Qi with defensive Qi,accumulation of phlegm due to deficiency of spleen,Qi deficiency of lung and spleen,deficiency of Qi and Yin.Tested T cells subset and serum immunoglobulin.Result]No significant change of cell immunity and humoral immunity in type of disharmony of nutrient Qi with defensive Qi.Raised both of cell immunity and humoral immunity in type of accumulation of phlegm due to deficiency of spleen.Decreased of cell immunity and no change of humoral immunity in type of Qi deficiency of lung and spleen.Both decreased of cellular and humoral immunity in type of deficiency of Qi and Yin.Conclusion]There has some relation between immune index and the TCM syndrome differentiation and typing of RRTI children.Test of T cell subset and IG can be reference evidence of TCM syndrome differentiation and typing. |
