| 摘 要： | 目的]研究中西医结合治疗膝关节滑膜炎的疗效。方法]对92例膝关节滑膜炎患者共122个关节进行中医辨证分型论治加关节腔冲洗灌注的中西医结合治疗,观察其疗效。结果]122个关节中,痊愈82个关节,好转29个关节,无效11个关节,所有患者均随访3月以上,未复发。结论]中西医结合的治疗方法能有效缓解本病症状并有较好的远期疗效。
