| 摘 要： | 目的]观察桂枝汤对寒冷性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法]将70例寒冷性荨麻疹患者，随机分2组进行对比观察。治疗组服桂枝汤，对照组服氯雷他啶加雷尼替丁，疗程为12天，观察治疗前后两组临床疗效。结果]治疗组总有效率为97．14％，对照组77．14％。治疗组总有效率高于对照组，具有差异显著性（P〈0．05）。结论]桂枝汤治疗寒冷性荨麻疹疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Cassia Twig Decoction on urticaria.Method] Randomly divide 70 cases of cold urticaria patients into 2 groups and make observation and comparison.The treatment group take Cassia Twig Decoction,the control Loratadine and Ranitidine,12 days for a course;observe the effect before and after treatment of both groups.Result] For the effective rate,the treatment group was 97.14%,control 77.14%;the treatment one was better than the control,the difference was marked by statistical dealing(P<0.05).Conslusion] Cassia Twig Decoction has obvious curative effect in treating cold urticaria. |
