| 摘 要： | 目的]观察补阳还五汤治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法]将120例患者随机分为治疗组70例和对照组50例,治疗组用补阳还五汤治疗,对照组用卡马西平片治疗,1个月后观察疗效并评分。结果]总有效率治疗组为84.3%,对照组为54.0%,两组相比较,差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论]补阳还五汤治疗带状疱疹有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on shingles residual neuralgia.Method] Randomly divide 120 cases into treatment group 70 cases and control one 50;the treatment group take Buyang Huanwu Decoction,the control one carbamazepine tablets;observe the effect and score both after 1m.Result] The total effective rate was 84.3% for treatment group,and 54.0% for control one,with marked difference between both by comparison.Conclusion] Buyang Huanwu Decoction has good cure effect... |
