| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨防感颗粒治疗甲型H1N1流感的临床疗效。方法]95例甲型H1N1流感轻症患者随机分为中药治疗组和对照组,中药治疗组口服防感颗粒,对照组单纯西药治疗。结果]中药治疗组总有效率为89.6%,对照组总有效率为85.1%。中药治疗组能缩短退热时间,减少咳嗽病程,头痛鼻塞肌肉酸痛等流感样症状缓解时间也明显减少。结论]防感颗粒对甲型H1N1流感轻症治疗有良好效果,可以作为浙江省甲型H1N1流感轻症患者的治疗方案之一。
