| 摘 要： | 目的]观察刺络拔罐加灸法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法]临床上运用刺络拔罐加灸法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛48例。结果]1～3个疗程后,临床治愈28例,占58.3%;好转17例,占35.4%;无效3例,占6.3%;总有效率为93.75%。结论]此方法在治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛上效果显著,值得开展。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe clinical effort of blood-letting puncture and cupping and moxibustion on sequelae neuralgia of herpes zoster.Method]Apply blood-letting puncture and cupping and moxibustion to 48 cases.Result]After 1~3courses,28 cases were clinically cured,occupying 58.3%;17 effective,35.4%;3 had no effect,6.3%;the total effective rate was 93.75%.Conclusion]The said method has marked effect in treating sequelae neuralgia of herpes zoster. |
