| 摘 要： | 目的]观察中药结合更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗流行性角结膜炎的，临床疗效。方法]将42例（84只眼）流行性角结膜炎患者分为治疗组22例（44只眼）和对照组20例（40只眼）。治疗组采用中药内服并予超声雾化熏眼，局部滴更昔洛韦胶4次／d，对照组单纯用西药0．1％无环鸟苷眼液、0．3％泰利必妥眼液治疗．5～6次／d。结果]治疗组总有效率为100％，对照组总有效率为80％，差异有统计学意义。结论]中西医结合治疗流行性角结膜炎有更显著效果。
