小半夏汤对小鼠催吐化学中枢5-羟色胺受体的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨小半夏汤对小鼠催吐化学中枢5-羟色胺受体的影响方法:以小鼠为模型,以顺铂为造模药物,将实验分两部分,一部分为小半夏汤对正常小鼠5-羟色胺受体的影响,取小鼠60只,随机分为正常组、对照组及小半夏汤的组,每组小鼠12只;第二部分,小半夏汤对化疗后小鼠5-羟色胺受体的影响,取小鼠72只,随机分为正常组、造模组、对照组、小半夏汤的三个不同剂量组,每组小鼠12只.给药两周后采血,以免疫组织化学法测定5-羟色胺受体.结果:小半夏汤对正常小鼠5-羟色胺受体无显著影响,而对模型小鼠,可明显降低其5-羟色胺受体水平.结论:小半夏汤止呕机理可能与其对抗5-羟色胺受体升高有关.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaobanxia decoction on 5 HT receptor in mice CTZ. Methods: Animal model was induced by injecting DDP into caudal vein of mice. The level of 5 HT receptor in CTZ was measured with immunohistochcmistry. Result: The level of 5 HT receptor was significantly lower than those of model group ( P <0 05).Conclusion: Xiaobanxia decoction can significantly decrease the level of mice 5 HT receptor in CTZ.
