| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨滋水清肝饮对脑卒中后抑郁症的治疗作用。方法]选择脑卒中患者60例,随机分为滋水清肝饮治疗组30例,氟西汀治疗组30例。结果显示,两组治疗8周后,抑郁评分与治疗前相比下降(P<0.01),且中药组与氟西汀组的疗效差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05);但对神经功能缺损程度和ADL认知功能的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]滋水清肝饮能有效地改善抑郁障碍,促进神经功能康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Zi Shui Qing Gan potion on treating post-stroke Depression.Methods Sixty patients with stroke were enrolled in this study and randomized equally into Zi Shui Qing Gan potion group and fluoxetine group.Result After eight weeks treatments,compared with those before treatment,the depression Scale Scone was obviously reduced(P<0.01),and the therapeutic effects between Zi Shui Qing Gan potion group and fluoxetine group were not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the improvements on the severity of neurological deficit and the ADL cognitive function were obviously superior to that in the control group(P>0.05). |
