| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨上消化道出血中西医结合治疗有效治疗途径。方法]上消化道出血患者67例,38例用泻心汤结合西药治疗,29例对照组用西药治疗,观察疗效。结果]治疗组有效率94.7%,对照组有效率79.3%,P<0.05,有显著统计学差异。结论]泻心汤结合西药治疗上消化道出血效果优于单纯西医治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective] Observe clinically the cure effect of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract treated with combination of TCM and WM.Method] 38 cases were treated with combination of TCM and WM,29 as control group with western medicine,then observe their effect.Result] 94.7% was the effective rate of the treatment group,79.3% for the control one,P<0.05,showing marked statistical difference.Conclusion] Combination of TCM and WM is better than only WM in treating hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. |
