| 摘 要： | 目的]观察100例糖调节受损患者,分析糖调节受损患者临床特点。方法]比较不同高血糖状态之间的差异。结论]IFG、IGT、IGT/IFG是糖尿病前期的不同糖代谢状态,不仅易发展成为糖尿病,且与大血管及微血管疾病的发生有关,应积极实施综合性的干预措施,防止或延缓发展成为糖尿病,同时预防大血管及微血管疾病的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe 100 cases of glucose regulation injury.Method]Analyse their clinical features,compare the difference among different high blood sugar.Conclusion]IFG,IGT,IGT/IFG are the different states of different glucose metabolism in early diabetes,being related with disease of big vessel and micro-vessel;comprehensive intervention shall be taken to prevent or delay diabetes development,meanwhile prevent the occurrence of vessels diseases. |
