| 摘 要： | 目的]观察通窍活血汤合补阳还五汤治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法]90例患者随机分为两组,治疗组以通窍活血汤合补阳还五汤加减;对照组口服复方丹参片,心脑舒通胶囊各2个月。结果]治疗组与对照组治疗后疗效有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论]通窍活血汤合补阳还五汤治疗中风后遗症有较好的补气逐瘀、通络作用。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction and Buyang Huangwu Decoction on apoplexy sequela.Method] Randomly divide 90 cases into 2 groups,the treatment group treated with the said therapy;the control one orally takes Compound Red Sage tablets and Cardio-brain Shutong Capsule,for 2 months respectively.Result] Their effects had marked difference(P<0.05).Conclusion] Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction and Buyang Huangwu Decoction had good qi-tonifying and stasis-removing and channel-smoothening function to apoplexy sequela. |
