和法治疗脾胃病初探

和法是调整人体功能，使之归于平复之意，用于治疗脏腑气血阴阳不和，或寒热失调，虚实夹杂的证候，故邪在少阳、募原、肝脾不和、肠胃不和、气血不和、营卫不和等等，都可用和法治之。脾胃因其特殊的生理特性及病机特点，往往表现为寒热虚实错杂。气机升降失调，因而采用寒热并用，升降配合，正邪兼顾之剂以调和，方可愈病。
