| 摘 要： | 目的]观察针刀中药内服配合功能锻炼治疗髌骨软化症疗效。方法]对82例髌骨软化症患者,随机分成两组,治疗组47例采用针刀、中药内服配合股四头肌功能锻炼治疗;对照组35例采用中药熏洗法治疗。结果]治疗组和对照组疗效比较两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论]针刀结合中药内服配合股四头肌功能锻炼治疗髌骨软化症临床疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the cure effect of needle-knife together with oral taking traditional Chinese drug(TCD)and functional exercise on patella malacia.Method] Randomly divide 82 cases into 2 groups,the treatment group 47 cases take needle-knife,oral taking TCD and exercise of quadriceps muscle of thigh;the control one 35 cases fuming-cleaning method of TCD.Result] By comparison,there's marked difference between two groups(P<0.01),the treatment group was better than the control one.Conclusion] Needle-knife,oral taking TCD and exercise has definite cure effect on patella malacia. |
