摘 要: | 【目的】探讨中医院校大学生就业难题的解决途径和办法。【方法]采用查阅文献、个别访谈、数据分析等几种基本研究方法,分析了湖北中医药大学就业现状和湖北省中医资源情况。【结果]中医院校大学生就业形势严峻,总就业率为79.81%,基层治疗机构中医药人员严重不足,中医院校应从多方面入手加强就业工作。结论】提出中医院校从提高学生竞争力、优化人才培养结构等、加强毕业生就业工作方面提高就业工作质量。

Methods] Adopt basic research methods such as literature review, individual interview, data analysis, etc. Result] Students' employment situation is grim in Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges and universities, the employment work needs to be enhanced in many aspects. conclusion] Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges and universities should improve the quality of employment work through strengthening students' competition ability and optimizing the structure of talent training. |
