| 摘 要： | 目的]对比观察喉角化症经鼻内窥镜手术及中西医结合治疗法的疗效。方法]回顾性整理95例喉角化症,其中经鼻内窥镜手术后服用自制汤药组为中西医结合治疗组,共51人,对照组治疗方法为单纯经鼻内窥镜手术,44人,两组术后均用头孢呋辛。结果]中西医结合治疗组病变复发率为,9.80%单纯西医治疗对照组病变复发率为20.45%,P0.05,差异有意义。结论]中西医结合治疗喉癌前病变不仅创伤较小,原病变不易复发。

| Abstract: | Objective]To explore the cure effect of combination of TCM and WM and nasal endoscope operation on laryngeal keratosis.Method]Select 95 cases,the combination treatment group（1）51 cases take decoction after endoscope operation;the control group 44 only nasal endoscope operation;both take cefuroxime after treatment.Result]The group 1 had recurrence rate 9.80%,group 2 20.45%,with marked difference.Conclusion]Combination of TCM and WM treating lesion before larynx cancer has little trauma,the de novo lesion is not easy for recurrence. |
