天山雪莲醇提方法研究

目的:优选天山雪莲的乙醇提取方法。方法:取天山雪莲地上部分,经石油醚脱脂后,采用常温浸提、加热回流提取和超声波提取法提取总黄酮,以芦丁的含量和醇浸膏得率为考察指标,并进行综合评分,筛选最佳醇提方法。结果:常温浸提、加热回流提取和超声波提取总黄酮的含量和醇浸膏得率分别为:1.17%,10.00%;2.21%,12.01%;2.44%,14.34%。结论:采用超声提取法提取总黄酮具有快速、高效的特点,从而为合理开发和充分利用天山雪莲资源提供理论依据。

Study on Methodology of Alcohol Extraction of Tianshan Snowlotus

Objective： To ascertain the optimum method of Saussurea involucrate Kar et Kir with alcohol. Method To selection of the optimum extraction method ,we takeing its aeriol parts was defatted by petroleum ether, with the extraction rate of the rutin content and alcohol extract yieldas index as the evaluation index by using room temperature extraction and heating reflux extraction and ultrasonic. Results The extraction rate of the rutin content and alcohol extract yieldas index were 1.17% andl0.00%; 2.21% and 12.01%; 2.44% and 14.34% respectively. Conclusion Using ultrasonic extraction total has the characteristics of fast, efficient, which would provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of the Saussurea involucrate Kar et Kit.
