摘    要:目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平变化,并分析其与神经功能缺损程度的关系.方法:检测急性脑梗死患者280例和对照组200例的血浆Hcy水平,采用美国国立卫生院制订的标准(NIHSS评分)对脑梗死神经功能缺损程度进行评定,对血浆Hcy与急性脑梗死的神经功能缺损相关性进行分析,线性回归分析危险因素GLU,TG,TC,HDL,LDL,Hcy与急性脑梗死的关系.结果:急性脑梗死患者血浆Hcy水平高于对照组,血清Hcy水平与NIHSS评分呈正相关(r=0.430,P<0.01),Hcy是急性脑梗死的危险因素.结论:脑卒中患者血清Hcy水平升高,血清Hcy水平可反映脑卒中病情的严重程度,高Hcy血症是脑卒中的独立危险因素.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the changes in the serum homocysteine (Hcy) level of patients with acute cerebral infarction and its relationship with the degree of neurological impairment. Methods A total of 280 eases of patients with acute cerebral infarction, and 200 contemporary non-stroke inpatients were chosen as the control group. The levels of Hcy, blood glucose (GLU) ,TG, TC,HDL, and LDL in the groups were detected; the scores of neurological impairment were recorded by NIHSS; analyze the correlation between plasma Hcy and acute cerebral infarction of nerve function impairment; GLU ,TG, TC, HDL, LDL, Hcy and neurological impairment scores were analyzed with multiple linear regression. Results Hey levels of the acute cerebral infarction group were higher than that of the control group. There was a positive correlation between the serum Hcy level and the degree of neurological impairment( r=0.430, P 〈0.01). Conclusions The level of Hey increases in patients with acute cerebral infarction; and serum Hey level may reflect the severity of acute cerebral infarction; hyperhomoey steinemia is an independent risk factor for acute cerebral infarction.
