复方甘草酸苷联合利巴韦林治疗重型麻疹的临床疗效研究

目的探讨在单药利巴韦林的基础上联合应用复方甘草酸苷治疗重型麻疹的临床疗效。方法收集2009年6月至2012年5月在惠州市第三人民医院和广东药学院第一附属医院感染科诊断为重型麻疹的患者103例,随机分为2组,其中对照组51例,治疗组52例。对照组予利巴韦林单药静脉滴注,治疗组在对照组的基础上联用复方甘草酸苷静脉滴注,连用7～10 d后对比2组的治疗效果。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为94.23%和74.51%,2组疗效对比有统计学意义。结论复方甘草酸苷治疗重型麻疹有较好的疗效,复方甘草酸苷联合利巴韦林治疗重型麻疹的效果优于单用利巴韦林。

Clinical effects of Stronger Neo-Miaophagen C in combination with ribavirin in treatment of severe measles

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Ribavirin in combination with Stronger Neo-Miaophagen C in treatment of patients with severe measles. Methods A total of 103 cases with clinical diagnosis of severe measles from June 2009 to May 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, including 51 cases in control group and 52 cases in treatment group. The patients in the control group were treated with ribavirin intravenous infusion alone, while those in the treatment group were treated with Stronger Neo-Miaophagen C in combination with ribavirin intravenous infusion. After the end of treatment for 7 to 10 days, the results of both groups were compared. Results The total effective rate(94.23%) of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.51%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Stronger Neo-Miaophagen C in combination with ribavirin was better than ribavirin alone in the treatment of patients with severe measles.
