腹腔镜再通术治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症的疗效*

目的 探讨腹腔镜再通术治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症的疗效。方法 选取2015年7月—2018年7月在 沧州市人民医院接受诊治的输卵管梗阻性不孕症患者120例作为研究对象，按照等距随机抽样法分为对照组和研究组，每组60例。对照组患者给予开腹手术治疗，研究组患者给予腹腔镜再通术治疗。比较两组患者的临床指标、术后输卵管通畅率、并发症发生率及妊娠率。结果 研究组患者手术时间、术后首次排气恢复时间、术中出血量、术后2?h视觉疼痛评分（VAS）及住院时间均优于对照组（P?<0.05）；研究组患者术后输卵管通畅率为90.0%高于对照组的63.3%（P?<0.05）；研究组患者术后1.5年成功妊娠率高于对照组（P?<0.05）。结论 腹腔镜再通术治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症效果优于开腹手术，并发症少，能有效提高患者输卵管再通率及妊娠率。

Efficacy of laparoscopic recanalization laparotomy in treatment of tubal obstruction infertility*

Objective To explore the efficacy of laparoscopic recanalization and open surgery in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility, and to provide reference for clinical. Methods From July 2015 to July 2018, 120 patients with tubal obstructive infertility who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects were divided into two groups according to the isometric random sampling method, 60 cases for per group.
