200例药品不良反应报告的回顾性分析

目的 旨在促进合理用药，提高医疗质量。方法 对该院2002年1月～2004年4月自愿上报的200例药品不良反应(ADRs)进行回顾性分析。结果 ADRS的发生与患者年龄、用药时间、用药方法及药物制造工艺有关。结论 提高认识，注意老年人和儿童的合理用药，加强抗生素的合理使用和中药制剂的使用监测，有助于减少ADRS的发生率。

Review of 200 samples reported with adverse drug reactions

Objective] To promote reasonable medication and improve medical quality in clinic. Methods] We studied adverse drug reactions (ADRS) by review of 200 samples reported from January 2002 to April 2004 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University. Results] The results showed that ADRS were associated with age, medication and technique of drug manufacture. Conclusion] It suggests that reduction of ADRS can be obtained through reasonable medication in child and aged patients, correct usage of antibiotic and reinforcing monitor of ADRS in Chinese medice, et al.
